Who We Are:
Custom Food Packaging supplies innovative, sustainable packaging solutions for beverage, personal care and household products, food products, technologies, as well as mechanical and electrical products. The company is expanding its horizons in North America and is in need of an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor who can supervise the operations of inventory department.

Terms:
Full Time, Permanent

Job Duties:
Primarily, the candidate will be required to Supervise and co-ordinate with inventory staff, manage shifts and timings, supervise stocking, receiving, shipping and dispatching operations, and all related function as described below.
Selected candidate will:
• Train inventory crew workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Process purchasing transactions, coordinates production and packaging work, and schedule and arrange trucks and crews for inventory transfer
• Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the warehouse transferring; give instruction for weekly inventory transfer between warehouses and clients.
• Establish work schedules and procedures to dispatch crews and warehouse clerks
• Co-ordinate and review the work with carrier dispatchers and warehouse clerk on shipping, receiving, storing, and maintaining inventories of different products.
• Be responsible for resolving problems concerning transportation, logistics system, and any errors or delay related to inventory transfer.
• Prepares and submits progress reports to senior managers, other planners, and customer service departments.
• Prepares reports of current product inventory balance, shortages ensure accuracy in all inventories and resolve any issues in same.
• Corresponds with vendors concerning inquiries about merchandise ordered;
• Monitor work of all inventory control personnel and ensure achievement of all objectives and provide improvements to same if required.
• Work with the IT department to resolve problems with computer systems, supply chain software, and logistic data.

Salary$25.00 per hour for 35 to 45 Hours per week
Education RequirementsBachelor Degree 3 or 4 years
ExperienceCandidate must have:
• Over 3 years of experience in inventory process within manufacturing industry.
• Strong track record of hiring, developing and retaining talented Inventory professionals
• The ability to work within a cross functional leadership team to ensure all areas of the business collaborate, plan and deploy initiatives with excellence
• Experience developing and sustaining inventory standard operating procedures and key performance indicators
• Demonstrated customer service focus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
