Integrations Service Specialist Lead
The Integrations Service Specialist Lead is responsible for supervising a new team of Integration Service Specialists. The team is responsible for providing integration services development, testing, deployment, and advisory services using agile methodologies and practices for the sectors many business units. Additionally, the work focuses on the reliability and continuous improvement of software product stability in support of ministry or government strategic and operational goals. The Integration Service Specialist Lead combines software and systems engineering to build and run at scale, distributed and fault-tolerant software products.

Qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of two years' experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous deployment principles.
- Minimum of two years' experience analyzing and troubleshooting systems, monitoring availability and practicing complete view of system health, maintenance, and reliability.
- Minimum of two years' experience with providing guidance and implementing infrastructure solution to reduce the workload by automation.
- Minimum of two years' experience in all or some of the following:
o API development and integration and continuous development environments.
o Pipeline management with tools like Jenkins and similar continuous integration technologies.
o Version control technologies such as subversion and Git and development in an open source environment.
o Implementing "Infrastructure as Code" using tools like Terraform and Ansible for leveraging GitOps approaches for automating infrastructure
o Experience working in an agile development environment with User Experience (UX) teams, designers and developers to iteratively create or improve digital products and services from conception to production.
o Experience working with metrics and monitoring technology like: Splunk, Promethus, Graphana, Sysdig, Cerebus, Kraken, and Matomo.
o Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems internals (e.g. filesystems, system calls), and with networking (e.g. routing, ESDN) or cloud systems.
o Experience of J2EE Web development and applications, including Spring Framework, Hibernate, Oracle, Postgres and Wildfly.
o Experience working with OpenShift Platform environments
Salary$79,530.36 - $90,884.16 annually plus 9.9% Temporary Market Adjustment
