This role provides learning and orientation experiences for Operations leaders. What you’ll do: - Lead, coach and develop direct reports through training, coaching, performance reviews and career development planning. - Partner with the Senior Operations Performance Consultant to deliver training strategies and determine the most effective methods to achieve the desired outcomes through effective learning delivery methods. - Lead the continuous improvement and delivery of training and ongoing learning programs for Operations staff and leaders - Lead the development of a culture of continuous learning. - Is future focused and continually investing in the capabilities of emerging tools and delivery techniques What we’re looking for: - Confident and humble leader with a track record of success in developing talent - Strong background in adult education—understanding of learning, instructional design, learning resources, technologies, systems and best practices related to learning and development in a corporate environment. - Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to bring learning content to life through strong facilitation skills and storytelling What you’ll need: - An undergraduate degree in a related field, such as Education, Human Resources Management or Business Administration - A minimum of three to five years related leadership experience and a proven interest in adult education. - A drive to help others achieve their goals - A love for agriculture | |
