| Crystal Physio a Physiotherapy & Wellness Clinic 3024 Hurontario Street, Mississauga Ontario urgently requires a Rehabilitation Aide to join our team. You must be committed to client centered care and possess an attitude of respect and sensitivity towards clients with varied backgrounds. As an integral part of our rehabilitation team you will provide care to patients who need rehabilitative therapy. Job Type: Permanent, full-time position. Overtime will apply after 44 hours per week. | |

| Salary | $34.07 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours per week |
| Education Requirements | Completion of secondary school and several months of on-the-job training. First aid & CPR certification. |
| Essential Skills | - Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas. - Assist in activities for the rehabilitation of patients as directed by health care professionals. - Monitor patients for any changes in their condition and report to the health care professional. - Assist patients with daily living activities like bathing, grooming and eating. - Manage the inventory of supplies. - Help patients to perform certain exercises as part of their treatment plan & as directed by the therapist. - Maintain patient records and document patient progress. - Manage scheduling and billing procedures. - Manage the organization and cleanliness of the therapy room and equipment. - Coordinate with health care professionals to ensure comprehensive care. - May perform administrative functions & nonclinical patient care tasks |
