Canpotex is hiring a Service Center Technician (21-22) to join the Business Information (BI) team in our Saskatoon office.

Canpotex is currently undertaking several exciting initiatives focused on people and processes with an upcoming relocation of our head office within Saskatoon and accompanying a shift to a Hybrid Work Model.

Canpotex is undergoing a digital transformation focused on Data & Analytics, IT & Cyber Security, Business Solutions, and Client Support. Canpotex’s IT environment is a hybrid of legacy and modern applications, deployed in the cloud and on-premises.

What you will do:
•Responds to tickets generated via phone and email.
•Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of small to medium complexity problems and requests tickets.
•Analyze and identify trends in issue reporting and the development of preventive solutions.
•Work closely with the Business Information team to resolve operational problems, providing highly responsive customer focused service.
•Assist in software releases and rollouts and communication to Business Partners including facilitating training as required.

What you will bring:
•Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
•Minimum two to three years related experience providing high level customer service, and technical hardware and software support.
•Experience in Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
•Knowledge of Jira Service Management, ITIL, and IBM AS/400 would be considered an asset.
•An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
