This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages. What you’ll do: - Lead the creation, design and delivery of an exceptional employee onboarding program - Manage and coach a team of recruitment professionals, setting priorities and business objectives - Assess and recommend changes to ensure a positive talent acquisition experience - Partner and collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders across the enterprise What we’re looking for: - In-depth knowledge of the FCC business strategy, corporate objectives, divisional functions, corporate culture and employee experience - Professional knowledge of HR principles, policies, theories and trends - Understanding of talent acquisition and adult learning principles - Ability to develop and maintain relationships with managers, key stakeholders and internal HR team - Strong communication, consultation and facilitation skills What you’ll need: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Commerce, Business Administration or Education - 6-8 years in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Experience in Workday or a similar applicant tracking system, metrics, and electronic recruiting solutions. - Understanding of Canada Labour Code legislation and employment standards | |
