Job Description Positions are available at both Proshow's Calgary and Vancouver offices, supporting Proshow's operations in various event locations throughout Western Canada. Duties include the temporary setup, operation and removal of audio visual equipment for live events, primarily delivered in hotel and conference facilities, but also including other venue and location types. The Ideal Candidate... Will have at minimum a basic understanding of audio visual equipment and services as well as an outstanding approach to customer service, however may posses more specific expertise in various event technologies disciplines such as audio, projection, video switching, camera operation, LED walls, lighting, etc. Certifications such as working at heights, scissor lift operation and first aid are an asset. Job Requirements - 2+ years experience supporting audio visual or related event technology equipment - Trouble shooting skills with technical equipment - Exceptional Customer Service skills - Excellent eye for detail - Flexible schedule - Ability to work long hours - Ability to lift 75 Lbs and work safely in a dynamic event environment - Ability to work and present professionally in high end corporate environments - Great written and verbal English communication skills - CSA Approved steel-toed footwear | |
