The School of the Arts invites applications for the following teaching position to be offered in the 2021-2022 academic session.

Wage Rate: $7630.55

Schedule: MUSIC 2SI3 and 3SI3 meet on Tuesday(s), Thursday(s) and Friday(s) from 11:30 am to 12:20 pm

Course Description/Relevant Employment Duties

Music 2SI3: Introduction to singing; not intended for those with prior vocal training.

Music 3SI3: Introductory study of vocal methods for teaching, intended for vocal specialists.

Music 2SI3 and 3SI3 meet concurrently.

Required Qualifications

Professional and educational background in the field; experience in classroom teaching desired as well as experience with online course development and teaching.

Preferred Qualifications

Terminal degree (PhD or DMA) or equivalent professional experience.
