To support its bold strategy, Fleming College is seeking an innovative leader to join its senior academic team. Reporting to the Vice President, Academic Experience, the Dean, School of Business is a key member of Fleming College’s senior academic team with extensive strategic, academic, infrastructure, stakeholder engagement, fiscal, human resources and health and safety accountabilities. The Dean, School of Business has a history of proven business success gained from a range of experiences including entrepreneurial start-ups, small/ medium businesses, and global enterprises. They are a strategic thought leader who anticipates the future direction of the business world. Bringing an MBA and/or experience in increasingly senior executive business roles, they have a proven ability to chart the course for business transformation and capably lead teams through change. The Dean is comfortable developing and implementing bold new ideas – a risk taker who can successfully navigate complex environments and competing priorities, build consensus, and elevate the student experience. They will develop the business leaders of tomorrow and drive future economic and social growth. | |
