We need a carver who can help carve/sculpt mascots using form, and by interpreting artwork designs and translating into finished product, so that an actual person can go into it! | Essential Skills | -Familiar and comfortable using tools (Olfa knives, band saw, heat gun) spray glues, flex bond, and various paints -Able to create facial features out of screen, buckram, plastics, and foams including moulding, masking, and spray/hand painting -Good technical math skills and ability to pattern out shapes -Comfortable drawing and/or interpreting 2D rotational drawings into end product -Experience with soldering wires, general electric |
| Experience | -Experience in mould making/vacuform -Experience in carving mascot heads, shoes, props and accessories using etha, ester, and plastazote foams or other subtractive sculpting -Photoshop/ Illustrator knowledge |
