| Essential Skills | Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement of NOC 9213: - Supervise staff members, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of the workers who process production & packaging of food items. - Implementing schedules and work activities as per the sales requirements and coordinating with Sales & purchase departments for raw ingredients. - Optimizing of production lines for improvement of productivity & product quality. - Resolving work problems, recommend measures for smooth production. - Requisition materials and supplies from shipping team as per production & sales requirements on production floor. - Train staff in job duties of Team Lead, operators, mixers & bakers, implementing & educating safety procedures as per the company policy. - Recommend personnel for appraisal, promotions & increments. - Preparing & documenting all the production and manpower reports & reporting to Plant Manager. |
