Canpotex is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator, Inland Administration (21-23) to join the Operations team in our Saskatoon office.

Canpotex is currently undertaking several exciting initiatives focused on people, processes, and technology with an upcoming relocation of our head office within Saskatoon and accompanying a shift to a Hybrid Work Model.

What you will do:
•Performs inventory reconciliations and adjustments on an ongoing basis to ensure continuous accurate view of our product inventory across the network.
•Coordinates and monitors railcar fleet repairs and shop programs at vendor locations to maximize the availability of the fleet, including the movement of the cars to and from the shops and manufacturers.
•Maintains accurate railcar fleet information in Canpotex’s systems as well as with the railways and regulatory agencies.
•Ensures accuracy of freight, customs, ancillaries, leasing, storage and repair invoices, resolves dispute and escalates where necessary.
•Coordinates the disposition of cars (including product loss) involved in derailments and other incidents.
•Conducts a monthly audit and validation of all railway charges and supports the internal and external year-end audits and reconciliations.
•Collaborates in the identification and implementations of continuous improvement strategies, goals and objectives related to supply chain.

What you will bring:
•Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
•Minimum two to three years’ experience in a supply chain role.
•Demonstrated computer skills to maintain databases and spreadsheets for audits and reconciliations.
•Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
•An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
