As a Truck Driver/Yard Hand at United Rentals, your goal will be to deliver equipment to our customers in a safe, timely, efficient and courteous manner. Frequently interacting with our customers, you will serve as a company ambassador and will provide exceptional customer service.

Additional responsibilities include the following:

  • Drop off and pick up equipment for customers

  • Adhere to all safety requirements particular to equipment including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

  • Suggest equipment and supplies to meet customers' other needs

  • Other duties assigned as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

  • Class 3 preferred

  • Experience with flat decks or transporting propane preferred

  • 1+ year's experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

  • Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

  • Diligent attention to safety
