Key Duties and Responsibilities - Daily inspection and maintenance on the crane: safety, cleanliness, everything!
- Carry out specific work plans assigned by the Operations Departments including the movement of equipment within a shop environment or on site
- Coordinate with maintenance department for maintenance/inspection of cranes and advise Operations Departments of planned down time for maintenance
- Responsible for your safety and those around you:
- Awareness of overhead concerns and buried or concealed factors which may cause unsafe operation
- Safe blocking on all sides for leveling and stabilization the crane to prevent tipping and/or sliding
- Understanding of hand signals and load limits of the crane
- Promote a positive safety culture with a target for zero incidents
- Other duties as required including working with our other service lines! Pressure and Vacuum, Chemical Cleaning and Mechanical
Role Specifications - Journeyman Crane Operator ticket is required
- Class 1 required
- Familiarity with an 80 ton Terex RT Crane is beneficial
- Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is required
