We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong hands-on software design and development skills to work on challenging projects. This position provides the opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team of engineers and developers to work on leading edge healthcare technologies in a collaborative environment. Tasks include customer interaction, requirements collection and system analysis, solution architecture and design, software development and testing, systems integration, release and building planning for software solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and development of secure and cross-platform health informatics software solutions • Design, build and maintain APIs and database driven web-applications • Take ownership of full solution development including web GUI, database design and backend • Design, code and test functional and user-friendly web-applications • Collaborate with other developers, clinical and sales staff to gather user requirements and contribute to system specifications documentation • Define, plan and coordinate the software development work breakdown and tasks for EMR and PACS integration projects • Create and maintain design history files for the development projects • Technical support on system and software issues • Research on new technologies and tools to be used in future products | |

| Education Requirements | Minimum of bachelor’s degree (Computer Sciences, Math or Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience |
| Essential Skills | • Hands-on experience with Web Applications and technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, jQuery Typescript, JavaScript, PHP, AngularJS, ASP.NET, Web API, HTML5, CSS3, WCF, LINQ, and NodeJS • Knowledge and experience with Object Oriented programming and Web Services (REST, SOAP) • Hands on design and development experience using C# and .NET languages • Experience with Healthcare informatics including HL7, imaging (PACS, DICOM) and EMR integration • Experience using software design patterns tools like MVC • Experience with database design and integration (SQL) • Experience with source control tools like GitHub |
