Increased over the years, our extensive plant capacity developed to cater for our multi million pound turnover, is spread across four facilities manned by over 200 employees. It incorporates shot blasting, stress relieving, fitting, welding, machining, non-destructive testing, final paint, right on through to our own logistics network, resulting in high value finished items across many diverse sectors delivered right to the customer's door.

Southwestern Manufacturing Inc. is seeking *2 permanent full-time SENIOR WELDERS*(minimum of 40 - 50 hours per week) experienced welder to start as soon as possible. We have openings on steady days and steady afternoons shift. Southwestern Manufacturing typically operates on rotating shifts of days and afternoons.
Duties

Extensive knowledge of welding techniques, including gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) (TIG), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), flux core arc welding (FCAW), and multi-pass welding
Able to stand for extended periods work within a fast-paced environment and have an attention for detail to ensure tight deadlines are met
Steel-toed safety boots; welding helmet and gloves
Current welding certification ***
CWB Weld Supervisor certification is an asset
