| The RBC Indigenous Peoples Development Program is a 2-year rotational program that enables recent graduates to develop the skills and network needed to build their professional experience. The program is specifically designed for candidates who self-identify as Indigenous/Aboriginal (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) peoples of Canada. Allowing early in career professions to explore and discover their interests while making impact in the community. The program began in 2018 with 4 associates joining the Finance Group. Today we are opening applications for the 2021 cohort in Finance, Audit, Risk Management, Marketing, Technology & Operations and Canadian Banking.
