Foremost Equipment LP is in need of Paint Prep

Employment Terms: Full Time - Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work with minimal direction to all written or verbal work instructions
2. Prepare the surface of raw or primed materials for further processing
3. Operate basic hand tools and job specific power tools related to paint prep activates
4. Mask and unmask as required for paint or coating applications
5. Care for and maintain all company owned equipment and facilities, including general housekeeping and continuous improvement activities
6. Performs all tasks related to their classification in accordance with safe work practices and applicable legislation
7. Comply with all WHMIS and environmental regulations regarding the storage, use and disposal of hazardous chemicals
8. Perform other related duties as required

Working Hours: 9 hours/day; 40 hours/week; 6:00 am - 3:30 pm from Monday to Thursday; Friday 6:00 am - 10:30 am; 2.5 days off on Friday to Sunday

Wage/Benefits: $22/hour; Extended Medical, Dental and Disability Insurance

Work Location: 5221 46 St, Stettler, AB, Canada T0C 2L0

Employment Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience is required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, with the ability to give and take clear direction; verbal and written
- Safety training an asset but willing to train as required
- Detail oriented and willing to function as part of a highly motivated team
- Must pass pre-employment physical demands and abilities assessment
Salary$22/hour 9 hours/day; 40 hours/week
