| Harold and Jessie ladouceur Racing Stable at 65 Verona Crescent, Keswick, Ontario has an opening for 1 thoroughbred racehorse groom with minimum5 years racetrack for the 2023 racing season. The job is located at Woodbine Racetrack 555 Rexdale Blvd., Etobicoke, Ontario. The position is available March 1 and will be full time through to December 18, 2023. The applicant must be reliable, able to work outdoors in a fast paced environment. The individual must be proficient in tacking and bandaging for both morning workand/or afternoon racing. Must have the ability to oversee nutritional requirements of individual horses, and be able to detect health or lameness. Wage is $ 19.00/per hour for a 40 hour week. With a 1% bonus from horses earnings. WSIB covered |
