Residences Christine Pepin is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join its team. This is a 2 year-contract, full time position, 40 hours a week, 18,50$ an hour. The perfect candidate must have previous experience as a cleaner, be energetic, hard-working, responsible and detail-oriented.
This position requires that the candidate performs certain cleaning duties, oversees and monitors the usage of cleaning materials. It is also necessary that he/she assists in the budget preparation and cost estimation for material acquisition. He/she should recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services, for example: repair work, renovation or painting. Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards is also required. Orienting and training new workers. Supervise and coordinate activities and duties of cleaning stuff. Once a week he/she has to prepare work schedules, supervise and coordinate. |
