Product Manager, Enterprise Mobility Management and Telecom Expense Management

We need a Product Manager to take the helm of the Rogers for Business Enterprise Mobility Management portfolio. It is a role based out of Toronto and reports into the Senior Manager, Rogers for Business Wireless Core Services, inside Product Management group of the Rogers for Business Unit. This role manages one of the key strategic portfolios in the R4B.

 

What you will do:

  • Build a compelling product vision/strategy, and maintain a detailed product roadmap to drive portfolio growth and ensure benchmarks to best in-class customer experiences
  • Take ownership of portfolio P&L and develop business cases
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on both strategy and execution on components such as new product development and launches, marketing and pricing strategies, value prop development along with selection and integration of strategic partners
  • Clearly document and communicate objectives, requirements, and product designs to multiple stakeholders both technical and non-technical
  • Work closely with IT and Network team to develop solutions with excellent cost efficiency
  • Manage work back schedule on all deliverables following governance processes to ensure milestones are met on time and on budget
  • Collaborate closely with Consumer Business Unit on company-wide wireless initiatives
  • Gather and provide insights on industry research and competitive intelligence
  • Develop and update dashboard to track product performance
  • Serve as subject matter expert of this portfolio and share knowledge with other teams.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects assigned by the management team

  • A creative problem solver who can think outside of the box
  • Can lead a cross-functional team to deliver projects/programs on time and on budget
  • Able to work effectively with all levels and all areas of the organization
  • An avid collaborator, understand how to resolve conflicts and gain consensus
  • Strong communication skills, particularly the written and verbal articulation of complex concepts into clear and simple requirements and flows
  • Proven ability to prepare and deliver professional documents and presentations to all levels of an organization
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and works effectively with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude & passion
  • Strong work ethic and thrive on challenges
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
  • Adjusts quickly to shifting priorities and rapid change
  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or Science
  • Prior wireless industry experience with a solid understanding of wireless products and market preferred
