Reporting to the Content Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the daily music logs as well as occasional announcing and live remotes when needed. We're looking for someone who has a passion for radio, music, & communicating, and wants to help us strengthen our brand in Medicine Hat.

What you will do…

• Daily Music scheduling
• Work with Content Director on the overall sound of the station
• On-air vacation fill-in
• Commercial voicing (when needed)
• Attend station events and remotes (when needed)

What you will bring…

• Experience as an On-Host
• Experience as a Music Director
• Knowledge/passion for the Adult Hits format
• Relate to target audience
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude and a passion to succeed
• Exceptional communication and people skills a must
• Proficient understanding of social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok and Instagram
• Ability to work independently when required
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when required for sales/promotional activity
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of Music Master, Wide Orbit Automation, Adobe Audition
• Must hold a valid Drivers license
