| Job Type: Permanent Positions Available: 3 Primary Responsibilities: • Assist the Sweetmaker in prepare and cook the following East Indian sweets Gulab Jamun, Burfi, Laddoo, Besan, Rasmalai, Gazar Halwa etc. • Prepare and make Indian snacks like mathi, Gujiya, namak para, masala poori, Chakri. • Cooperate in maintain Kitchen inventory and other related tasks. • Helping hand the Sweetmaker to prepare and cook special meals for special occasions (marriage and religious functions) on wholesale basis. • Inspect and sanitize all kitchen food service area. • Work with specialized kitchen equipment. | |
