Description
Domino's Pizza Supply Chain Centre is looking for an Associate D&S Lead to join their team!
The Associate D&S Lead is responsible for assisting with the supervision and coordination of delivery and service team members. This position is scheduled evenings and nights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Train, coach and counsel all delivery and service team members
  • Create driver schedules that meet organizational and customer needs
  • Ensure fleet is properly maintained by communicating with service vendors and creating applicable work orders
  • Assist with route analysis and observations
  • Act as safety advocate, and assist with safety training and investigations
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, and work with drivers and stores on any service issues
