Job type: permanent, full time job with flexible working hours, including weekends
(Permanent, Full-Time)

Job responsibilities include:
- Plan the budgets and authorize all the expenditures as per requirement of the hotel
- Provide solutions for clients/guests complaints
- Regulate staffing requirements i.e. hire and human resources and prepare staff work schedules accordingly
- Manage and assess daily operations of the hotel
- Sustain and expand the existing client base and guest relations
- Maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers for supplies
- Determine the prices of rooms and other services provided; implement price and credit policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategize to enhance the store sales
- Active participation for promoting various events and promotions organized by the hotel from time to time

Additional skills:
-Organized flexibility, team player, excellent interpersonal skills, and client focus.

Education: completion of secondary school is required. A degree/ diploma in hotel management or business administration or other related field is required.

Work experience: minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing field at managerial level
