| Credentials | - Canadian citizen or permanent resident - possess a valid driver’s licence with a maximum of five demerits (graduated driver’s licence not accepted); - meet visual and hearing examination standards |

| Essential Skills | - a good driving record (maximum of five demerits). In addition it is recommended that you are comfortable operating a mid-size vehicle in busy urban driving conditions; - good writing skills - certificate in standard first aid and CPR level C - be in excellent health and physical condition; - good moral character is fundamental.
