What you’ll do: - Evaluate and optimize the current product portfolio - Identify new product development opportunities - Direct development of national marketing and training programs - Serve as a key point of contact and decision-maker with vendors to deliver lending and insurance products - Build relationships with FCC internal partners to enhance and deliver products - Coach and mentor the team including performance management, objective-setting and capacity planning What we’re looking for: - Confident communicator with strong analytical skills who connects with all levels of leadership - Proven collaborator able to connect and build business relationships - Experienced leader passionate about helping others succeed - Organizational expert who can manage multiple priorities - Ability to engage effectively across a wide range of domains, from Credit to IT to vendor relationships What you’ll need: - A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least eight years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); credit or product delivery experience is an asset - Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, complex environment - Background in agriculture or food | |
