| Buckin Good Welding Ltd. is in need of a Machinist NOC: 72100 EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full Time - Permanent DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Study and interpret blueprints, layouts, or other instructions to prepare the work. 2. Plan the sequence of machine operations. 3. Select and gather appropriate materials, instruments, and tools for the operation. 4. Set up, start and operate machines. 5. Monitor machine operation to detect defects or machine malfunctions. 6. Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion. 7. Inspect completed work by performing various validation techniques using measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. 8. Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports 9. Perform regular routine maintenance on shop equipment and machinery. 10. Clean and maintain the workspace. WORKING HOURS: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 2 days off during weekends. On-call on weekends and after hours for emergency calls. WAGE/BENEFITS: $35.00/hour, Disability, Dental, and Extended Medical Insurance after 3 months of employment EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: - Education: Secondary school education is required. - Work Experience: At least 1-year work experience is required.
