Job Duties:
- Mix, prepare, and bake dough and batter to create a wide range of baked goods.
- Follow established recipes and techniques to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve consistent results that meet quality standards.
- Decorate and finish baked goods with precision and attention to detail.
- Keep a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding purchasing needs for ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that production schedules are met and that customer orders are filled on time.
- Continuously seek ways to improve product quality and efficiency in the baking process.
- Train and supervise other kitchen and baking staff.

Job requirements:
- Experienced applicants should have a thorough knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality products
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary$27.50 To $30.00/hour, 40 hours per week
Education RequirementsCompletion of Secondary education.
Professional certification or training may be an asset.
Experience5 - 10+ years of experience as a commercial baker, including several years of experience in a supervisory or lead baker position.
