Lead the team, strategic design and development to create an exceptional experience for employees and customers. What you’ll do: - Lead the RMP strategy, methodology and content for all business lines - Support Operations and FCC Senior Leadership to ensure RMP success - Oversee design and implementation of RMP training programs - Own RMP data, systems and tools and negotiate budget and resource requirements - Research RMP best practices and industry measurements What we’re looking for: - Extensive financial and ag industry knowledge - Understanding of FCC RMP lending and non-lending products and services - Experience in marketing, sales, , ag and agri-business lending - A track record of performance using a sales process - Strong leader, coach and communicator with excellent networking skills What you’ll need: - Undergraduate degree in agricultural finance, business or commerce - 7 to 10 years experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) - Experience in Operations leadership an asset | |
