What you'll do: - Lead in the design, execution and analysis of quantitative and qualitative research projects - Provide sense making across multiple sources of information to create data-driven insights and recommendations on key strategic decisions - Consult with key internal stakeholders to ensure proper use of recommendations What we're looking for: - Strong communicator able to create a detailed report and present meaningful insights from data - Proven researcher whose work inspires action - Effective influencer who can responsibly challenge stakeholders to identify the research problems that need to be solved - Collaborator and strong team player who easily builds relationships with senior leaders - Agile multi-tasker with experience managing several projects at a time - Ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities - Confident team player who can make sense of complex information and present it in a simple way What you'll need: - Undergraduate degree in business, social sciences or humanities and at least five years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) - Willingness to travel within Canada up to 20 nights a year - Background in agriculture, or a strong intellectual curiosity about the industry | |
