POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Installation, maintenance and inspection of potable water and sewage systems;
• Maintenance of Oil-Water Separators;
• Valve replacement/repair;
• Maintenance of fueling and sanding facilities;
• Maintenance of steam/air lines;
• Maintenance of storm drainage systems;
• Pump replacement/repair;
• HVAC replacement/repair.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Red Seal/Journeyman Plumber;
• Proficient in the installation and maintenance of sanitary, potable and pressurized water systems;
• Proficient in the maintenance of oil-water separators;
• have thorough knowledge of all relevant industry codes;
• Comfortable working on structures at heights with proper fall protection equipment;
• Proficient with the safe use of common hand and power tools;
• Obtain and hold a CROR rules card, minimum level “D”;
• Valid driver’s license.
