ROLE STATEMENT:
The Coiled Tubing Operator will be a member of the Coiled Tubing Department responsible for driving equipment to site, preparing the wellsite for operation, preparing the coil and support equipment for downhole operations, as well as mixing and pumping fluids throughout each stage of the operation.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive and operate Coiled Tubing Equipment
• Complete rig in and rig out duties
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment Policies & Procedures
• Work outside in all weather conditions with a diverse team

SCHEDULE:
• Local: Fifteen (15) days on, six (6) days off
• Rotational: Twenty-two (22) days on, Thirteen (13) days off

COMPENSATION:
• Guaranteed Base Compensation plus Competitive Job Revenue Bonus

• Paid training and Training Completion Bonus
• Meal allowance up to $40/day while out of District
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - provided

EXTENSIVE TRAINING:
• Every new hire attends Orientation and Training School (OaTS) in Calgary for 9 – 14 days
• Information is provided about Calfrac’s Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures
• Obtain all required Oilfield Tickets
• Hands on training simulations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Class 1 Drivers License
• Satisfactory Drivers Abstract required
• Previous industry related experience preferred
