Must-haves (minimum requirements):

  • Post-secondary Indigenous students who are enrolled in Engineering, Business, Finance, Sciences, or a technical program at an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Must be returning to full-time studies in the fall

Preference for:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products
  • A motivated, self-starter with an interest in learning about the oil and gas industry
  • Flexibility and able to adapt to changes in priorities and plans

Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other meaningful information:

  • You will be working out of either our Base Plant mine located in Fort McMurray or one of our other  locations in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo such as MacKay River or Fort Hills
  • Depending on the role, hours of work range from a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, to a pre-determined shift schedule
  • This is a four-month work term starting in May 2019 to the end of August
