Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists user community in the operation of Dynamics AX ERP and related systems
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through resolution of Tier 2 and 3 support issues, and provide support or escalation as required
- Works with business and project teams, with IT support, to create processes and procedures for ERP functions
- Develop and implement of complex inter-related applications and solutions
- Implement enhancements, change requests, break-fixes, patches and updates
- Regularly update lead on completed tasks, resolved issues, system readiness and other identified metricsÂ
- Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests
- Pursue new knowledge on a continuous basis and implement best practices of the profession
- As part of your development plan, meet SLAs defined with the Team Lead ERP Operations
- Maintains pertinent technical documentationÂ
 Role Specifications: - Post secondary education an asset, but not required
- 3Â - 5 years of progressive work experience in Business and ERP Functional Analysis
- Previous experience supporting Dynamics AX 2012, specifically the finance moduleÂ

- Create a solid customer experience at every interaction and look for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the user's overall experience
- You can present information to individuals or groups; deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience
- You have no problem meeting deadlines, controlling scope and identifying when there's a risk to the project plan
