The career you want.

• Assist in providing first line support of The Source’s user community and retail stores through the email and phone channels.
• Assist in the management of backups/recovery, server readiness, monitoring batch processing and mobile device management.
• Configure PC’s, software, and install peripheral hardware for both retail and corporate devices.
• Provide training and guidance to users on best practices for use of hardware, electronic  devices and supported software.
• Assisting with the configuring, supporting, and monitoring all network and monitoring hardware.
• Provide project support for any ongoing IT Operation or Infrastructure projects.

Skills we’re looking for.

• Must be enrolled in a college co-op program.
• Experience with MS Office, Active Directory 2003+MS Exchange, Windows Server 2003+, MS Exchange 2007+, Windows Server 2003+, Hper-V, SQL Server 2003+, Desktop O/S: Windows 7 & 10.
• Problem solving skills and a self-starter
