We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.

Our Customer Operations team is responsible for strategy, design and delivery of tools and processes to facilitate high performance in customer experience and revenue. Part of the Customer Experience, Design and Delivery (D&D) team, the Specialist will report into the Senior Manager AI & ML.
